EVENT REGISTRATION 2026

Terms & Conditions:
1. Seats are confirmed only upon completing registration and full payment of the registration fees. 
2. By submitting registration and completing payment, the delegate confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms & conditions outlined here.
3. All payments must be made in USD (or applicable currency) and received before the event date.
4. Registration fees are non-refundable if cancellation less than 30 days from the event date. A full credit refund is permitted to be used for any future events and the credit is valid for 2 years from the date the credit is issued. 
5. Registration fees are partially refundable if cancellation is within 30-60 days (minus Paypal fees & credit card fees when payment was done). A full credit refund is permitted to be used for any future events and the credit is valid for 2 years from the date the credit is issued. 
6. No refunds will be permitted for no-show. 
7. The organiser reserves the right to modify the program, speakers, conference format, venue or schedule without prior notice.
8.  The organiser is not liable for any travel, accommodation, visa costs, or related expenses arising from cancellation or postponement.
9. All presentation slides, recordings, cadaver materials, surgical demonstrations, videos, and workshop content are protected by copyright and are the properties of the event organiser and speakers. 
10. Redistribution, copying, photography, live streaming, or recording (audio/video) is strictly prohibited.
